PROCESSING Orders are prepared after payment has been authorized and the order details have been verified. The estimated processing and delivery information shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is the best available estimate at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND DESTINATIONS Available delivery methods, charges, delivery countries and any taxes or duties are shown at checkout. Delivery availability may vary by product and destination.
TRACKING AND DELAYS Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent to the email address supplied with the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may be caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, incorrect address details or events outside our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If an address is incorrect, contact us as quickly as possible at info@bllucci.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate with the carrier.
