REFUND POLICY

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, contact us at info@bllucci.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

EXCHANGES If you need a different size or color, contact us at info@bllucci.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bllucci.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
